Our Booking Process

Why a Site Tour Comes First

To protect our congregation, facilities, and community, all prospective renters must complete a verified in-person site tour before a booking is confirmed.

  • View the space and confirm it meets your needs
  • Identity & organization verified in person
  • Facility rules and expectations communicated
  • Protection from fraudulent or unauthorized bookings
  • Events must align with our church's mission and values

After your approved tour, receive your booking application and finalize your date.

🗓️ Event & Preferred Tour Date

Tours: Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 4 PM. At least 5 days advance notice required.

📜 Policies & Agreements

  • A site tour is mandatory before any booking is confirmed.
  • You must present a valid government-issued photo ID at your tour.
  • False or misleading information results in immediate disqualification.
  • Tours are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by staff.
  • A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to finalize your booking after the tour.
  • Events must align with the values and mission of East Stonewall AME Zion Church.
  • East Stonewall AMEZ Church reserves the right to decline any booking request.
